Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Unused credit balances on packs purchased within the previous 14 days are refundable on request, less any credits already consumed.

Credits consumed by operations that fail due to a Nexrip service error are returned to your balance automatically — no request required. These automatic returns appear in your ledger as refund entries.

Open a ticket in our Discord with the order ID shown in your order history. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
